Shipping & Packaging

  • Shipping: Depending on the size of the painting (including the frame where applicable), the following services are used for shipping:
    • Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class (Details)
    • Parcelforce express48 (Details)
  • Packaging: Every painting is carefully protected with bubble wrap and placed in cardboard postal box.

Currently shipping is free only within the UK. If living overseas, an additional fee will need to be applied.


Payments

An invoice will be issued soon after you confirm you are happy with the preview/concept and you instruct a bespoke painting to be made. PayPal* or Bank Transfer are the preferable methods of payment to ensure a secure and safe transaction.

The payment can be made in two installments (50% prior commencement / 50% before shipping) or in full (100% prior commencement).

*You don’t need a PayPal account. A common debit or credit card is sufficient.

Return Policy

Although a work of art is for life, if you feel you wish to return your artwork you can do so within 14 days of receiving the parcel. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the painting. Packaging and postage to be paid by client.


Canvases and Paints

I only use 100% pure cotton stretched canvases. See the standard sizes I use below. If there is a requirement for a different canvas this can be accommodated. My favourite painting medium is acrylic paint. Sometimes I incorporate charcoal.
